These terms govern your use of Cherry (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to them.

What Cherry is

Cherry estimates the calories and macronutrients of meals from photos using AI. These estimates are approximate. They are intended to help you build awareness of what you eat, not to provide precise measurements.

Not medical advice

Cherry is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Nutrition estimates may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the app for decisions that require medical accuracy. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary guidance, especially if you have a health condition or eating disorder.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, sold through the Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are governed by your Apple account and Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Availability

We provide the app “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on its nutrition estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
